Well, after getting your message Bruce, I called TFH Publications. They
still own the copyright and have "absolutely" no plans to reprint the book.
Pity. Apparently, Barry Duke is the man to speak with about purchasing the
copyright. I put in a call to him, but he's out of town for a few days. I
left my name and number. Don't have any idea whether the copyright would be
affordable, but it can't hurt to find out.
