barton springs it is. very neat! ive been in the water there about 3 times.
some areas are sectioned off... but you can snorkle above and below the
"swimming pool" area in the dam shoot and riffles/pools and see greater
diversity. i remember a snub nose type darters laying vertical against the
algaed walls. did not know what kind. i did see lots of logperch and duskies.
i may get to head back this summer. the san marcos is excellent to. glass
bottom boats and they use to feature a diving pig. :)
i want to hear more about a soft shell turtle bite! i dont recall seeing any
missing fingers! in fact i would like to hear about all turtle bites out
there. no exagerating tho!
