Well, they're young fish, probably stressed out by a cross country ride in a
mail truck. I'm also toying with the idea of cold treatment (putting them
outside) and/or putting some oak leaves in with them. I've seen cold
treatment clear up infections for a time. I've also heard that tannins in
leaves also have antibiotic properties.
