Oh, I remember the Klamath story now - that was the one where the
government said that there wasn't any scientific evidence to support the
claim that fish need water to survive, right?

How many times do we have to tell you guys in California that you can't
farm in the middle of a desert. IT JUST DOESN'T WORK.
