NANFA-- got minners?

So I'm standing out back on my 2:00 break, thinking about how I could best
feed my newly acquired stonecat... And then I was thinking "Well, I could
catch teeny bluntnose and spotfin and then load them with high protein food in
a 10 gallon before introducing them to the hunt."

But then the issue of having to go someplace once a week or so to get the
things emerged, and I was disappointed a bit. And then it occurred...

"Todd, you moron. You're standing 100 feet from the intersection of a
tributary and a Category 2 River with riprap all the way down each shore."

What I want to know is...

Who let the fish geek out downtown among all the stiffs?

Todd :)
