A few years back, Casper and I visited the home of Ed "Sculpin Kabob" Scott
in Knoxville. Ed showed us video shot undercover by the USFWS of one of
these paddlefish poaching rings. It was pretty disturbing to see these fish
pulled from the water, their guts sliced open, and then thrown back into the
water to die.
