RE: NANFA-- Flagfish trivia

Flag fish, aka "the tooth carp Jordanella floridae of Florida," was listed
by Guiness Book of World Records as the fish having the lowest number of
eggs. In the earlier accounts, I think it noted a single-digit number(like
4 or 6), but in the 1981 edition (oldest I can lay my hands on quickly), it
states that the "egg yield...is only about 20 over a period of several
days."
