Thanks for the id help. It appears from the key to be Orconectes rusticus -
Rusty Crayfish. Apparently Rusty Crayfish come in rusty and blue. O.
immunis was a close match just eyeballing it, but checking the range maps it
is a coastal plain species found in west Tennessee and I am in the eastern
mountains.
