OK, here it is. The finished product:

Sorry the pictures are kind of big. This is constructed of
galvanized metal conduit (pipe), pvc corner fittings, pvc end plugs,
45 mil EPDM pond liner and a lot of plastic wire ties. This one is
long and low for a riffle/raceway set up. I don't really know how
high it could be built and still support the water. Most of the
weight is resting on the ground, however. Yes, it's empty right now.
Got to get a break so I can install the pump and rock work. This
went up pretty fast (except for the wires ties) and is incredibly
cheap. The liner is the most expensive part.

Thanks for all the ideas and pointers. We'll see if there is still
time this year to raise any fish in it.
