Chip,

Wouldn't it be wonderful if all fed's and state biologists felt that way. My
Louisiana Fish and Wildlife officials could care less about a species unless
it brought in revenue in the form of a fishing license. I even had one
official field representative confuse Heterandria formosa with baby bass and
tried to write me a ticket........
