Just got the book a few weeks ago. BTW, I was in Colima state (S. 0f
Guadalajara) for the SW Association of Naturalists meeting a little
over a week ago. Bright clear tropical desert and mountain country.
Beautiful, crystal streams coming off the volcanoes, loaded with
Goodeids, poeciliids, some minnows, an endemic "Cichlasoma," and
goby's. A fun time. I didn't collect, just observed, some of these
fishes. Significant other natural diversity, too, in a state that is
relatively sparsely populated.

"Where are we going?" "I don't know, are we there yet?"
