It's been getting more and more difficult to find fish species in the
Houston area that I haven't seen before. But I got lucky yesterday.
Went to the Brazos River between 6:30 and 8:30 pm. Caught my first
speckled chub. Found two of them:

Has anyone kept these? Do they make good captives? So far they seem
very lively.
