Moon's suggestion of an AC unit is the best solution if you can isolate one
room with window AC unit. I knew a guy who bought a small used chest
freezer and recirculated water between a tank of Puget Sound fish and
invertebrates and a reservoir in the freezer. Kept the temps below 55.
Worked great until a power outage when he was out of town... You aren't
needing that low of temperatures. You could probably get by with a
refrigerator.
