Hmm... well,-in-Little Rock, exit 161 I think, you'll find a bunch of
truckstops. Right between the Pilot & Petro truckstops you'll find a
road, namely the road you'll already be on if going toward these
truckstops. Keep going another 1/3 mile or so, and the road ends-in-old
US 70. Turn left, and in no time flat, on the right, you'll find a big,
gorgeous cypress swamp. I've never sampled that swamp, but it looks like
one that might be full of goodies, including Bowfin. Even if it turns
out to be devoid of fish it's still worth a look for it's beauty. In
fact, for a more scenic route, you can follow that road all the way to
West Memphis.
