I bought a copy of this fairly rare, out of print book recently. I
just got notice of another copy available. It doesn't have much
natural history info, nor color photos. What it does have is
detailed range dot maps for the state, species keys, and nicely
detailed, realistic drawings of each species. If you do or will fish
on North Carolina, I recommend it:

Good. 4to. 227 pages. Glossy blue illustrated hardcover with
lettering in black. Covers show moderate rubbing and wear. Contents
show highlighting on several pages. Illustrated in black & white.
