I hadn't even heard about the terms 'richness' and 'evenness', let
alone realized that I was really talking about them all along whenever
I said 'diversity'
This sort of conversation is one of the reasons I value this list,
because I get to sit in on the kinds of conversations that most people
have to pay for (i.e. go to college)
