I received the following message and decided to post it on this list with
Erika's OK. If anyone knows of anything of apparently dubious nature on the
Etowah River in GA, please contact Erika Porto at the addresses below.

This is Erika Porto at Southern Appalachian Biodiversity Project in NC. I
was wondering if you had any information on developers in the Etowah
watershed, who are building illegally due to endangered species present
there. Or, if you knew of any particular individual(s) who is causing great
habitat degradation to the wildlife in the watershed.
