Abolish on not replying to the email, no,
abolish for being ineffectual, is entirely another
story. Since its establishment I have been waiting to
hear of accomplishments. Still waiting.

I have yet to hear what of their goals havenot already
been long time accomplished by other agencys.

I wrote them to chat with someone in the state on our
natives, particularly the rarer ones. Nobody home it
seems.

I hope the program is producing more in other states.

But, to get back to the main point which first brought
it up, if there were no more results in Texas then
here in NY I can understand abolishing it there.
