To put the subject on a different track. Here in Japan xanthic or gold and
albino snakes are supposed to be harbingers of good fortune. To dream of a
snake is also supposed to be good luck! Cooincidentally this is a Fire and a
Snake year as ordained by the Bhuddist calendar. My oldest daughter has a
xanthic ball python, a female, she's turned this snake's shed skin into a
business, sells it to schoolmates as a good luck charm at ¥5,000 ($50) a
pop. Keeps Poppy (the snake) in her frozen mice and my kid in Playstation
gamesoft.
