On a lighter note after the "collecting vacation" thread, I have a pair of
redline darters at home that are spawning. I have only been able to collect
3 eggs in the past week (none fertile), but I'll keep tryin' as long as
they keep tryin'! Unfortunately, I have small river chubs in the tank that
are eating the eggs as fast as they can find them.

Also, at work I found some fry in the big display tank. I am guessing they
are longears, though I never noticed any nesting. I was able to capture ~50
to attempt to raise. Maybe I'll have something for BAP!
