I've been on the inside for 25 years, aquarium collecting isn't even a drop
in the bucket compared to the thousands of tons of coral and live rock
dredged to make concrete in developing countries. Commercial drag netting
destroys far more coral than aquarium collecting. Aquariums are an easy
target because we don't have any political power. but that doesn't make us
the problem.
