I am sort of playing with the ones I got last week. I put them directly in
to my pond. Based on an old "American Currents" article (you can read it
online at the NANFA website) it looks like water temperature jump from about
42*F to 60*F _might_ be a trigger.

I am also looking for tips if anyone has them.
