I don't know about a four foot gator but the little two foot gator that
latched onto my hand did enough damage to me! I was trying to grag his
brother when he nailed me. Got me in the web between the thumb and next
finger. Just like a nail gun - all the way through! Then the death roll
started, shortly followed by howls and ... well you can guess what else. My
partner managed to catch it and it let go. I bled like the proverbial
perforated porcine mammal.
