Rick,

The time we caught some, I was with an L.S.U. icthology class on a field
trip. The students were seining some mud/sand bottoms in the mearsh and
caught a few of them. The professor verified them as the Violet gobies.They
were mostly around 4-6 inches in length as I recall. I haven't seen any
smaller or any fry for that matter.
