NANFA-- Request for Sand Shiners

This is an odd request.

Earlier this year, I had setup a goldfish bowl with two sand shiners
for my four year old nephew. (These fish had been caught in Ft Worth
Nature Center).

Unfortunately, the inevitable happened - the mom changed the water and
did not add enough dechlor ... and, now the kid is hearbroken. He had a
burial for the two fish. He is not interested in any replacement fish
which don't look like sand shiners (no tropicals, no larger minnows).

So, does anyone have access to any 1-2" silvery minnows
(Sand Shiners or any reasonable lookalike fish)? All he needs is two.

Can anyone help me out? I'd really appreciate it. Please contact me
off-list.

Thanks,
Sajjad
