I did a little poking around on Abrams Creek to see what the story was there,
as Abrams Falls is one of my favorite walks in the park (they poisoned the
stream in 1957 so they could introduce trout without any competition from the,
you know, rest of the sustaining ecology in the system). I guess there's just
some things you have to shake your head and move forward instead of dwelling
on the past. Shaking a finger (index or middle) doesn't seem to get anywhere
positive these days :)
