Ray, and Ty, thanks for the golden shiner advice. I remember catching them
when I was a kid, at Shandelee Lake. They'd grow 10 to 12 inches in lenght,
and I remember them being just as good fried as yellow perch or pumpkinseed
sunfish. Others might disagree, but, then again, I've never been what you
might call "fussy."
