on the banks of the Mississippi River

There are also many hotels in Winona.

Prairie Island Campground, 1120 Prairie Island Rd., Winona MN 55987 is right next to the Friday night event. 

Meeting Schedule:

June 9 (Thursday) – Check in Michael Toner Center, St. Mary’s University. Afternoon activity nearby, possibly in Mississippi River. 

June 10 (Friday) – Registration at Michael Toner Center. Field trips to MN and WI. Snorkeling (and SCUBA), seining, and microfishing opportunities available.  Cookout, hosted by Rough Fish Roundup and NANFA, to be held that night at Prairie Island Shelter at 5 pm.

June 11 (Saturday) – Presentations, banquet and auction at St. Mary's University

June 12 (Sunday) – More field trips

June 13 (Monday) – Return home
