I found this picture the other day
http://www.billingham-photography.com/images/bass.jpg it is me 17 years ago
with a nice Ft. Meade Maryland Bass.

The older gent was a great friend of my family and me. My father is blind
and was not able to do the outdoor stuff that I loved. Mr. Trimyer had 2
girls and a wife that had no interest in doing the outdoor stuff he loved.
So I became his "foster" son.

He gave me a love for the outdoors that I still have today. I will always
thank him for that. Mr. T passed away 3 years ago, and every spring when my
own son wants me to take him down to the local pond to catch some bluegills
with his dad, I think of Mr. T and all those great times we had, and what a
great impact he had on my life! Last year my son got an 18" bass. It allmost
broke his little zebco fishing rod. I am sure Mr. T was looking down with a
big smile on his face. Miss ya buddy!
