All,

The city of Detroit recently held primary elections and on the ballot
was the question, Do you favor the City of Detroit reopening the Belle Isle
Aquarium and restocking the Aquarium with a variety of domestic and exotic
fresh and saltwater fish, plants and other aquatic species? The vote came
back something like 87% in favor of this. However, no funding has yet been
identified.
