I always have my coolers 2/3 full with an air stone in each. The amount of spillage is
directly relational to how smooth the driver is. The other thing I do that flies in the
face of what a lot of people do is many times I never change water until I get home, just
use Amquel, keep them aerated and in the dark. I've routinely kept fish for a week that
way and I tend to do my collecting in the cooler time of year.
