I once knew a pond that was populated with bright yellow channel cats but
that was when I was a kid unaware of how odd that was. I recently visited that
pond again but the area where it had been was filled in to build houses. You
would have thought-in-some point that someone would have noticed the bright
yellow channel cats and preserved a few-in-least! Oh well, bright yellow,
deeply forked tails and lots of spots. I wish I had a few now.
