I4ve hard many weird stories about lonesome county sheriffs in their
personal "state" acting like dictators. Just recently a german man was
released after 28 years which he was given only because he had robbed a shop
at the age of 15. OK, give him some years with approval, but 28 years? I
heard there were crwfish scientists arrested by wildlife authorities though
they had a collecting permit. Great! How many years in chains will I get as
a non-resident if collecting in the USA and accidentally violating any minor
regulation, 10 yeras, 25 years, lifetime?
