I hate to say this guys, maybe it shows my "common roots" but caviar tastes
like something that should be thrown away to me. I've eaten Sturgeon I'd much
rather eat the fish, it is excellent! Use the eggs to grow more sturgeon not
make condiment. Maybe the bowfin caviar tastes better.
