Indeed they must - recipes for fish soups often include the use boiling
of fish heads to make stock. One of these days I'll muster up the
bravery to try making one of those soups.

By the way, as you can see from my signature I'm no longer writing from
the comforts of rural Hazel Green. I've begun college at Lawrence
University and have set up a 20 gallon-long aquarium in my dorm room,
stocked with...

I have my fridge well-stocked: frozen brine shrimp and bloodworms.

The darters are adjusting well to college life. (Oh, yeah - I'm doing
well, too.)
